Lecture and laboratory courses in inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, introductory and advanced biochemistry, and biochemistry of the gene are regularly offered to Abington students. Communication Arts & Sciences
All Penn State students are required to take a course to develop their skills in oral communication. You can complete this through CAS 100A (Effective Speech) or CAS 100B (100B focuses on communication within groups).
These classes are offered every semester at the Abington campus; completing this requirement early in your academic career will benefit you in all your other courses.
Other Communication Arts & Sciences courses cover topics such as intercultural communication, gender and communication, and organizational communication.
A wide range of courses in mathematics are available to Abington students that include algebra, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, matrices, finite math, and math education.
