What is a Transfer Agreement?
A Transfer Agreement is a signed document between two colleges or universities that gives students the opportunity to transfer seamlessly from one school to another. The student should meet the criteria for admission. Transfer agreements have been signed between Penn State Abington (not Penn State University Park) and three community colleges in the area.
