Development of an Autonomous Vehicle

Have you ever wanted to learn how robots work? In this camp, you can! This two-week camp features a three part learning experience: robotic vehicle development, plug and play circuitry, and graphical programming. Through hands-on experiences, students will learn to interact with the physical world using software. In the course students will learn to incorporate lights, sounds, sensors and autonomous programming of a robot to solve mazes, play soccer, track objects and more. Students can expect individualized attention based on their level of experience. They will be encouraged to solve custom challenges within their ability and tailored to their interests.

This camp focuses on:  

  • Developing and elevating programming skills while creating and building robots
  • Working independently and in teams to foster cooperation and teamwork, while allowing for imagination to flourish through challenges
  • Using critical thinking skills to solve complex problem
