In the Design and Development option you’ll design software, develop applications for smartphones, become an ace at troubleshooting, and solve complex technology challenges.
You’ll focus on how people create, improve, and use technologies in their everyday lives -- at work, at home, in businesses big and small, in the media, and the government. And you’ll learn to analyze how these technologies impact the world at large, and what you can do with these information to make a difference.

  • Team work, project management and communication skills are integrated into a curriculum that has a strong emphasis on technical skills and innovative problem-solving
  • A 300-hour internship allows students to gain practical, real-world job experience prior to graduation
  • Students are encouraged to engage in our international study abroad program with our partner institution, the University of Applied Sciences Hof in Bavaria, Germany and/or participate in international internships such as at the SAP World Headquarters in Germany.
