Join us as Josh Rivedal, writer for the Huffington Post and Actor & Playwright, utilizes storytelling, group discussion and improv theater to enhance the emotional development of young adults.

Josh will share signs and symptoms of suicidal thinking, give valuable resources on where to get help, and more.

  • Non-Professional Support with the Personal Support Team
  • Wellness Programs on mental health issues and addictions
