Growth Mindset

A growth mindset is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: a tendency to believe that you can grow. A growth mindset thrives on challenge and sees failure “not as evidence of unintelligence, but as a heartening springboard for growth and for stretching our existing abilities.” We will look at ways to stop seeking approval, value the process over the result, and cultivate a sense of purpose.

Let us help you explore the possibilities with this engaging program where you'll participate in the RIASEC Party Game.  Participants will leave armed with tools and resources to help explore  academic and career interests.
