Parking Appeal Form

Appeals must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the date of the violation. Incomplete appeal forms will not be considered. You will be notified by email regarding the outcome of your appeal request. If your appeal is approved, you will not need to do anything further.

If you are faculty or staff member and your appeal is denied, your paycheck will be reduced by your fine.

The following are some of the unacceptable reasons for submitting an appeal:

  • Bad weather or darkness
  • Financial Hardship
  • Only parked illegally for a few minutes
  • Handicap Violation
  • Ignorance of regulations
  • Lack of Space
  • Running late
  • Unread or misunderstood sign
  • Unregistered vehicle

Permit must be visible at all times.
