Online Registration
Welcome to our new and more user friendly registration system, Camp Doc. The fastest and easiest way to register is online!
This section provides directions on how to complete the online registration.
Read and decide which camp(s) you will register your child(ren) for.
- Click on the REGISTER tab located on each individual camp’s description page.
- You will be directed to Penn State’s Camp Doc Registration System.
- Click registration.
- Click register for a new session.
- Click on the drop down bar.
- You will be directed to a listing of all Penn State campus that are offering youth programs.
- To limit your search, you can select the first drop down option, being Abington. Click continue once you are done.
- You can type the camp in the search bar or scroll down and look for the camp you would like to register your camper for. Once you select the camps a blue check will pop up on the class you selected.
- Click if yes or no if you have a coupon code. If you have a coupon code please type that in and then click submit. If the coupon worked it will pop up underneath “Applied Coupons or scholarship codes”. Once you have completed that click on select.
- Chose if you would like to add a protection plan. After you pick a plan or decline the plan click continue.
- Click on register. If the registration is completed a pop up window will be show up saying "Successfully Registered (camper's name) for Penn State". Click close.
- Please note for the camper fully registered families must complete the participant forms.
- Participant forms will pop up
- Begin the process of completing the participants forms. The system will automatically save your information.
- Once you have completed the forms the student is now fully registered!
When registering online, if you are registering someone other than yourself (i.e. a parent registering a child) you will be acting as that person during the registration process and inputting their information, not your own.
- You will be asked to complete a series of information fields and questions. Please be prepared to complete the following fields:
- Emergency Contact Information (name, phone number, relationship to camper)
- Pick up and drop off information
- Youth Program Services Medical Treatment Authorization form
Submit payment via credit card. You will receive a confirmation email from the Camp Doc. When registering online, payment is expected in full.

Their regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). During the summer months, they also available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, but only until July 21st.

Camp Cancellations
All cancellations made by participants at least 5 business days prior to the first day of camp will result in a refund, minus $50 administrative fee per camp. Refund requests made after that will not be honored and the participant and/or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the entire fee. All cancellations must be made by calling 215-881-7400.
All camp prices and dates are subject to change at any time. Further, the University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any camp due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is cancelled by the university, registrants will be notified immediately and registration fee refunds will be processed.
