In the event of a disruption due to inclement weather or another emergency, individuals can stay informed of delays and cancellations through the PSUAlert system and the website homepage.

10:00 a.m. Opening Policy (Two Hour Delay)
Classes and activities will start at 10:00 a.m.

Classes/activities ending before 10:00 a.m. are canceled for the day.

Classes/activities that start before 10:00 a.m. but end after 10:00 a.m. will start at 10:00 a.m. and end at the regular time.
Noon Opening Policy (Four Hour Delay)
Classes and activities will start at noon.

Classes/activities ending before noon are canceled for the day.

Classes/activities that start before noon but end after noon will start at noon and end at the regular time.
Transportation

Early Dismissals
Early dismissal decisions depend on the time and severity of the weather. Stay tuned for PSUAlert to get immediate updates. Buses and shuttles will continue to run until about an hour after official closure time depending on the severity of road conditions. Schedules may be delayed or altered to ensure that all students can depart campus in a safe manner.
