Biography
Mr. Mark Grande is an instructor with over 42 years of Industry Experience as an Engineer, developer, and manager of communication systems programs. His experience includes all aspects of system design, including Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Specialty Engineering and Manufacturing. His role as a Penn State Instructor is enhanced by his many years as a Communications Engineer.
Mr. Grande participated in multiple STEM and Diversity in Engineering Initiatives, working with local schools in Camden, NJ. In this capacity he mentored and tutored students from middle school and high school, helping each student achieve their individual educational goals. As part of the Penn State team, he is involved in teaching undergraduate courses as well as participating in community outreach and youth activity programs. In addition to continually building a student-oriented learning experience, Mr. Grande focuses on creating fun and innovative learning opportunities for young students.
