In the Abington Gallery -- 'Singular Moments: Exercises in Printmaking'

The Penn State Abington Art Gallery will present a solo exhibition by Philadelphia-based printmaker Alexis Nutini. "Singular Moments: Exercises in Printmaking" runs through Sept. 29.

ABINGTON, Pa. — The Penn State Abington Art Gallery will present a solo exhibition by Philadelphia-based printmaker Alexis Nutini. "Singular Moments: Exercises in Printmaking" runs through Sept. 29.

This exhibition provides a survey of Nutini's experimental relief printing process during the past three years. Experimenting with mono print and multiplate printing, each of the works in this exhibition is an original piece. 

A reception with the artist is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, in the Woodland Building Lobby and Art Gallery.

Nutini also will give two printmaking demonstrations on Sept. 6. Please contact John Thompson, assistant teaching professor of art, if you are interested in attending a demonstration.
