ROTC Scholarships

ROTC offers four, three-and-a-half, three, and two-year scholarships worth 100 percent of the cost of tuition and general fees per year. Scholarship cadets are also paid a monthly stipend ranging from $300-$500 as well as $1,200 a year for books.

Although, you can pursue a scholarship after starting college, there are also opportunities for high school seniors to be awarded a three or four year national scholarship before beginning their first year. For more information about scholarships, visit the GoArmy ROTC Scholarship page

Scholarships are competitively awarded to the most deserving scholars, athletes, and leaders who meet all of the scholarship requirements!

Four-Year Scholarship Requirements

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be between the ages of 17 and 26
  • Have a high school CGPA of at least 2.50
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Score minimum of 920 on the SAT (math/verbal) or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical standards
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)

Three and Two-Year Scholarship Requirements

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be between ages 17 and 27
  • Have a College GPA of at least 2.5
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Score minimum 920 on the SAT (math/verbal) or 19 on the ACT
  • Meet physical standards
  • Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)
