Subject-Specific Tutoring
Meet with one of our tutors for help in a specific subject. We can help you understand content that seems challenging, review for quizzes and exams, and review assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects that you have already submitted. We cannot help you complete homework assignments, but we can help you work on similar problems or concepts.
Writing Consultations
We can help you with any stage of the writing process from deciding on a topic to proofreading a "finished" paper for purposes of reaching clarity. A writing consultation is very much a conversation between you and your consultant. We will ask you to communicate the ideas you wish to convey and will help you determine if the paper you are writing adequately addresses the assignment.
Success Coaching
Just like everyone needs a different diet and exercise routine to reach their fitness potential, everyone has a different way of striving for success in and out of the classroom. Meet with a Success Coach for individualized help with time-management, study skills, organizational techniques, reading comprehension, goal setting, note-taking, and test-taking techniques. Let us be your accountability partner on your journey to success!

Online Tutoring with Brainfuse
Penn State Abington has teamed up with Brainfuse to provide on-line tutoring options for our students when we one of our campus tutors in not available.
Brainfuse is one of the nation’s leading online tutoring providers, serving a diversified client base of libraries, school districts and colleges/universities for over 18 years.
With Brainfuse, users receive real-time tutoring from instructors via our proprietary online classroom. Students are offered live tutor access for homework help, skills building and test preparation where after taking a quiz, the user can connect directly to a live tutor from the test center.
