The Facilities office is a support division within the Business Operations department consisting of Environmental Services and Maintenance and Operations (M&O) departments. Every person of the facilities team contributes an essential function to the success of our campus. Our facilities team takes pride in the performance of their daily responsibilities maintaining our beautiful campus grounds and historic buildings.

SchoolDude
All campus Maintenance and Housekeeping requests will be managed through the ticketing program, SchoolDude. This system provides a requester notice when their request is completed and/or when a significant change(s) are made to their request.
We will also be able to determine where problem spots are on campus and sustain our campus building operations systems through proactive preventive maintenance.
It's important to allow the system to do what it's supposed to do for emergencies - fire alarms, water leaks - TRUE EMERGENCIES.
- Request for Metz Catering is not part of this SchoolDude program.
All Faculty/Staff are considered "REQUESTOR" in School Dude. (Students do not have access to this site.)
