Penn State Abington offers students the opportunity to participate in both Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (Army ROTC) and Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corps (Air Force ROTC).
Army
The Army ROTC program is offered on campus at Penn State Abington in partnership with Widener University ROTC. Training takes place at Villanova University (another partner to Widener Army ROTC). A number of benefits may be available to prospective cadets joining the program, to include full tuition scholarships as well as the opportunity for travel and advanced training. Whether you're in high school, college or already serving, there is a way you can become an Officer in today's Army.

Air Force
The Air Force ROTC program is available for Penn State Abington students off campus -- at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
Penn State Abington is proud to have a partnership with the Air Force ROTC of Greater Philadelphia. This program allows Abington students (and students from other Philadelphia area colleges) to take their college course work at their university, and then take their Air Force ROTC courses at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
Students are Penn State Abington students. They do not apply to, and are not considered enrolled at, St. Joseph's University.
