Computer science is about making a difference in the world, creating new things, and helping others. Join us for a week of coding fun. During this introduction to the field of information technology, girls will participate in multiple activities that will teach them how to use basic computer coding language. Activities include coding unique scenes to help Wonder Woman navigate obstacles to reach her goal and creating your very own computer games. Campers will be encouraged to apply their creativity and skills as we tackle new projects and coding tricks each day.
Camp Objectives:
- Learning and using Introductory Coding Language.
- Learning to use sequences, variables, loops, and conditionals.
- Learning to use drag and drop programs to create games like Flappy Bird.
