Penn State has named Stephen Taub, a former Penn State Abington student and a 1973 graduate of the University Park campus, as its 2019 Philanthropist of the Year.
Stephen Taub, a 1973 Penn State alumnus, has been named Penn State's 2019 Philanthropist of the Year. Among his generous gifts to the University, Taub committed $17.3 million to support student scholarships and global engagement programs at Penn State Abington, the largest gift in campus history.
